Hiring for 5 Electrical Service Engineer Jobs in Surat, Gujarat with a minimum 1 Year Experience, Required Educational Qualification is: Professional Degree, Other Bachelor Degree, B.C.A, B.B.A, B.Com, B.Tech/B.E, Post Graduate Diploma, M.C.A, M.Tech We need young, enthusiastic engineers - electrical/ electronics, mechatronic and mechanical engineers for operating and servicing heavy track maintenance machines being supplied to Indian Railways, and various Metros in the country like Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL), etc. They must also follow a strict safety code during work. The current hiring is for the next phase of growth which is anticipated over the next 2-3 years.
Requirements:
1. Candidates' age profile is between 25 to 45 years. 2. Candidates should have sound technical / product (repair and maintenance) knowledge and good fault analysis skills. 3. Candidates should be proficient in English and Hindi and have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. 4. Candidates with any additional regional language skills would be appreciated. 5. Candidate would be required to follow a strict safety code during working hours. 6. Computer proficiency for all candidates is a must. 7. Past experience in Maintenance is an added advantage. 8. Candidate's proficiency in AUTOCAD and other / or Design Software would be an additional bonus. 9. Candidate should be able to read engineering design drawings and work there. 10. Candidate should be flexible to work for extended hours and travel to project sites at planned intervals. 11. Candidates must have a minimum of 1-3 years experience as a field service engineer for Industrial / Heavy machines. 12. Candidates with a background in the armed forces or railways services in the engineering sphere would be ideal.

Service Engineer Responsibilities:
Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of industry developments.
Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
