Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Export-Import Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international trade regulations, documentation, and logistics, with a proven track record of successfully managing export and import operations. As an Export-Import Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods across borders while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in International Business
Supply Chain Management
or related field. Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in export-import operations
customs compliance
and international logistics. Strong knowledge of international trade regulations
including customs procedures

and sanctions. Proficiency in using trade compliance software and tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Familiarity with Incoterms
HS codes
and other trade-related terminology. Certification in Customs Compliance or International Trade is a plus.

Manage end-to-end export and import processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tariffs, and sanctions, staying up-to-date with changes and advising the company accordingly.
Prepare and review shipping documents, such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and export declarations.
Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to optimize transportation routes and minimize shipping costs.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking.
