Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CRM Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a CRM Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our customer relationship management system to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing
Business
or a related field. Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role. Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and best practices. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g.
Salesforce
HubSpot
Zoho CRM) and email marketing platforms. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and organized
with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative team player. Experience in marketing automation and customer segmentation will be a plus. Certification in CRM-related fields is advantageous.

Provide training and support to team members on CRM best practices and system usage.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CRM technology to recommend improvements and new features.
