We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including customer service, sales, inventory management, and team management.
Requirements:
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration
marketing
or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail management
with experience in a fast-paced environment
preferred. Strong leadership and management skills
with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Excellent communication and customer service skills
with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
with the ability to analyze sales data and financial reports to make strategic recommendations. Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management

and promotions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced
dynamic environment

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement store policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.
