We are seeking a skilled CRM Specialist. As the CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our customer relationship management system to ensure a positive customer experience and drive customer loyalty.
Requirements:

or a related field. Proven experience in CRM strategy development and implementation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with CRM software

or HubSpot. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of email marketing best practices and tools. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques. Experience with project management and process improvement. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement CRM strategies and processes that align with our business goals and objectives.
Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and behaviors and use this information to create targeted marketing campaigns and personalized communication.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers and their needs to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer data in the CRM system.
Train and support internal teams in the effective use of the CRM system.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective lead generation and lead nurturing strategies.
