Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Female Civil Engineer to join the team as a Back Office Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Civil Engineering, and experience in handling administrative tasks related to project management, documentation, and coordination. In this role, you will work closely with our Project Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects.
Requirements:
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Experience in handling administrative tasks related to project management
documentation
and coordination Knowledge of project management software and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedules
Develop and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project completion
Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making
Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to Project Managers
Assist in project cost control and monitor project expenses against budget
Assist in ensuring that project plans and designs comply with local regulations and standards
Maintain accurate project records, including meeting minutes, change orders, and progress reports
Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
Participate in project risk assessments and identify areas of potential risk
Work collaboratively with other members of the project team to achieve project goals.
